A man is found shot to death in an apartment parking lot
On October 16, 2004, Idrissa Salifou, a 44-year-old Nigerian immigrant, was shot and killed in the parking lot of the Colonial Apartments in Greensboro, North Carolina. Salifou was unloading groceries from his car when he was attacked. Despite police efforts and investigations, the case remains unsolved. His murder took place behind the Price Place Shopping Center on West Market Street, and authorities have continued to seek leads to help close the case and bring justice to his family.
