Nehemiah "Nemo" Lewis, a 24-year-old man, was tragically killed on June 11, 2010, in Oakland, California. He was gunned down in broad daylight while exiting his car on Athens Avenue, a street in West Oakland. Witnesses reported seeing a masked shooter, armed with what appeared to be an assault rifle, approach Lewis and open fire.
