A woman's body is discovered by hunters
On October 30, 1981, the body of 22-year-old Mary Harrison was found in the woods near Monument Road in Hinsdale, New Hampshire. Mary had been reported missing by her husband, Walter Harrison, on October 15, 1981. The couple lived on Broadbrook Road in Ashuelot, a village within Winchester, NH. An autopsy revealed that she had been shot in the head, and her death was ruled a homicide.
