A man dies as a result of arson
Joseph Poulin, aged 29, was one of the victims in a tragic case that remains unsolved to this day. On October 11, 1986, Poulin and his friend Terry Giles, 24, were found dead after a fire broke out at their residence on Islington Street in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. The fire, which was discovered in the early morning hours around 3:25 a.m., claimed both their lives and was later determined to be an act of arson.
