A man dies as a result of arson
Joseph Poulin, aged 29, was one of the victims in a tragic case that remains unsolved to this day. On October 11, 1986, Poulin and his friend Terry Giles, 24, were found dead after a fire broke out at their residence on Islington Street in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.
