On June 30, 2011, Michael Anthony Berry, age 30, was found dead in the basement of his home located in the 1400 block of Walton, St. Louis, Missouri. He had been shot in both the back and the head. The incident was preceded by witnesses reporting an argument, shortly followed by the sound of gunshots.
