On April 20, 2012, Johnnie Massey, 28, was fatally shot in Fresno, California. The incident occurred at approximately 3:20 a.m. in the parking lot of a hotel on North Parkway Drive in West Central Fresno. McKinley Calvin Williams, the suspected shooter, was identified by police as the perpetrator after an altercation between the two at a bar escalated.
