Death by Force

On September 5, 2014, at approximately 10:00 p.m., Keith Welch, a 40-year-old man from St. Louis, Missouri, was shot in the parking lot near the intersection of Gravois and Ohio. Witnesses reported seeing Welch talking with several unknown men shortly before the shooting occurred.
