In a tragic and unsettling discovery, Shayrese Sykes, a 22-year-old Black female, was found deceased in Detroit, Michigan. Her life was cut short in a brutal act of violence that also claimed the lives of two others, 21-year-old Lajoy Alford and 26-year-old Donnell Lewis. The three were discovered together inside a vehicle on Orleans Street, each having been shot in the head in what police described as an execution-style manner.
