Rosemary Chyz, a 19-year-old woman, was tragically killed on October 24, 2011, in Detroit, Michigan. She and her boyfriend, Tony Velez, drove to Detroit's east side that evening to sell some electronics—a common activity for Tony, who often listed items on Craigslist.
