On December 29, 2011, a 39-year-old African American man named Reginald Hall was tragically killed in a residence on Detroit's east side. The incident occurred at a home located on the 3900 block of Harding Street, between Mack and Warren Avenues. According to police reports and local news coverage, Hall was gathered with several other individuals inside the house, engaged in a card game, when the violence erupted.
