On a late March evening in 2010, the life of 17-year-old Andrew Silva, also known to some as Tavars, was tragically cut short in Boston. The young man was fatally shot on March 28th at 69 Maywood Street, a residential address that would become the center of a lingering mystery. A male of Hispanic or Latino descent, his sudden and violent death sent ripples of grief and fear through the community.
