Death by Force

Cesar Tabor Jones, age 38, was fatally shot on May 25, 2014, in East Oakland, California. Jones had just left a nearby party and was standing with a group on the 9000 block of International Boulevard when an unknown gunman approached and opened fire. Jones was hit and killed, and another woman was injured but survived. The shooting appeared random, and authorities have not established a clear motive. As of now, the case remains unsolved, with no known suspects or leads in the investigation.
