In the early hours of February 24, 2007, a life was tragically cut short on a street in Baltimore, Maryland. William Roscoe Duck IV, a 21-year-old Black male, was fatally stabbed in an incident that occurred at 200 South Fulton Avenue. The violence of the act left him with critical injuries, and despite being rushed to Shock Trauma, he succumbed to his wounds.
