William Dawayne Haskins, aged 32, was killed in Baltimore, Maryland on October 4, 2008. The incident leading to Haskins' death took place on Broening Highway, where he was fatally shot. After receiving calls from citizens and analyzing surveillance footage, investigators quickly identified a suspect, Ronald Haskins, who was not related despite the shared last name.
