In the early morning hours of May 31, 2009, Joseph Woah-Tee, a 60-year-old Black male, was fatally shot in a violent encounter in Baltimore, Maryland. The incident occurred at approximately 3:40 a.m. at 4300 York Road, the location of an event hall he operated.
