Joseph Woah-Tee, a 60-year-old Liberian politician and community leader, was tragically killed on May 31, 2009, in Baltimore, Maryland. Woah-Tee, who had lived in Baltimore since the 1970s, operated an event hall known as the Gaimei Nangbn Woah-Tee Multi-Purpose Neighborhood Center, located on York Road.
