Julian Turner, aged 19, was shot and killed on April 20, 2011, in Baltimore, Maryland. The shooting took place in the 600 block of Bartlett Avenue, an area that had seen a series of violent incidents around that time. Turner was found with gunshot wounds by emergency responders, but despite efforts to save his life, he succumbed to his injuries shortly after.
