Joshua Jamar Carroll, aged 23, was tragically killed on May 17, 2011, in Forest Heights, Maryland. He was born on June 23, 1987, in Washington, D.C., and was known for his positive spirit. The incident occurred around 1:50 AM, when Prince George’s County Police were called to the 600 block of Modoc Lane in Forest Heights after reports of gunshots.
