Do you know who killed Okasha Hawkins Joshua Carroll in 2011?
On May 17, 2011, Okasha Hawkins, age 22, was shot and killed in Forest Heights, Maryland. The incident occurred in the 600 block of Modoc Lane around 1:50 a.m. Hawkins, along with another victim, Joshua Carrol, was discovered by police following reports of gunfire in the area. Both victims were pronounced dead at the scene shortly after the police arrived.
