Andrew Dominick Morris

On a spring evening in Baltimore, the life of 21-year-old Andrew Morris, a Black male, was cut short. On April 16, 2013, Morris was shot and killed in an incident that also left another person wounded. The shooting occurred around 9:30 p.m. on the 3800 block of Clifton Avenue in the city's West Forest Park neighborhood.
