In the early hours of a summer morning in Baltimore, a 35-year-old Black man named Pierre Grant was fatally wounded in a shooting. On July 9, 2024, at approximately 2:47 a.m., Grant arrived at a local hospital with gunshot wounds. Despite the efforts of medical staff, he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead.
