In the pre-dawn hours of Halloween 2021, the life of 19-year-old Antwan Lamont Edwards was cut short in a fatal shooting in the Saint Joseph's neighborhood of Southwest Baltimore. Around 12:01 a.m., Baltimore Police officers were called to the vicinity of Palormo and Leeds Streets after receiving a report of a shooting.
