In the spring of 2016, the life of Jerry Gordon Cook, a 24-year-old Black man, was tragically cut short on a street in Baltimore, Maryland. On April 8th, Cook became a victim of the city's ongoing violence when he was fatally shot in the 3000 block of Chelsea Terrace.
