In the late summer of 2016, the life of 28-year-old Charles Lloyd Tyson was tragically cut short on a street in Baltimore, Maryland. On the evening of September 2nd, in the 1600 block of Shipview Way, Tyson was shot in a violent encounter that would leave a community searching for answers. The incident was part of a distressingly violent holiday weekend in the city.
