Do you know who killed Vincent Williams?
Vincent Williams, a 25-year-old man who was Black, died in the early hours of August 9, 2014, after gunfire tore through a car stopped along Interstate 10 in New Orleans East. It was still dark when authorities converged near the Crowder Boulevard exit, where the eastbound lanes were shut down and traffic was pushed off the interstate so detectives could work the scene.
