In the quiet of a late Sunday evening in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, the life of 17-year-old Roy Veal was tragically cut short. On that night in late February of 2016, a knock came at the door of his family's home in the 5100 block of Madison Avenue. The young man, a male, went outside to see who it was, a seemingly routine act that would prove to be fatal.
