A man is found shot to death inside of his burnt vehicle
In the quiet, rural landscape near Shepherdsville, Kentucky, a grim discovery was made on March 13, 1981. The charred remains of a green 1972 Chevy Blazer held the body of its owner, Douglas Hedrick, a 31-year-old Caucasian male. The initial horror of the scene gave way to a more sinister reality upon closer examination by investigators.
