Do you know who murdered James Moore? In the summer of 2015, on the evening of July 2nd, tragedy struck the Chickasaw neighborhood of Louisville, Kentucky. James Moore, a 28-year-old African-American man, was on the front porch of a residence when he was shot multiple times.
