Aaron Michael Marr, 37, was found fatally stabbed in his Ames, Iowa, apartment on September 22, 2007. He had sustained multiple stab wounds to his neck and back. Despite his injuries, Marr managed to open the door for first responders, where he made the cryptic remark that he knew his attacker but stated, “I’ll never tell,” before succumbing to his wounds.
