On September 11, 1994, five-year-old Cara Abell tragically lost her life in Petersburg, Indiana. Cara was found dead in an apartment located above the Silver Dollar Saloon on East Main Street. The apartment was engulfed in flames, and the incident was later determined to be arson. Angela Houston, another resident of the apartment, also perished in the fire.
