A small child is found dead via arson
On a tragic day in Petersburg, Indiana, the lives of 5-year-old Cara Abell and 23-year-old Angela Houston were cut short. On September 11, 1994, the two were found deceased in a burned-out apartment located above the Silver Dollar Saloon at 601 East Main Street. The young girl was a Caucasian female.
