On September 11, 1994, 23-year-old Angela Houston was found dead in a burned-out apartment located above the Silver Dollar Saloon in Petersburg, Indiana. The fire was determined to be an act of arson. Tragically, another victim, five-year-old Cara Abell, also perished in the blaze.
