Rawan Telal Mahmoud, a 7-year-old girl, was last seen on May 18, 2013, in Fairfax County, Virginia. She is believed to have been abducted by her non-custodial father, Telal Hassan Mahmoud. Authorities suspect that Rawan, along with her brother Ahmed, may have been taken to Sudan. At the time of her disappearance, Rawan had black hair and brown eyes, and stood about 4 feet tall, weighing 46 pounds.
