Jerome Terrell Howard, known in Chicago's South Side as "JMoney" or "J Munna," was a 21-year-old figure deeply entrenched in the city's gang culture. Born on April 12, 1992, Howard was affiliated with the Black Disciples, a notorious gang with roots in the infamous O Block neighborhood. His associations included prominent figures like Chief Keef, Lil Reese, Fredo Santana, 600 Breezy, King Von, and Lil Durk. Described by peers as aggressive and an enforcer, Howard's reputation was both respected and feared. His moniker, "JMoney600," became synonymous with the violent lifestyle he led.
The Events Leading Up to the Tragic Day
On September 2, 2013, Labor Day, Howard's life met a tragic end. That morning, a female acquaintance contacted him for transportation assistance.
