Two young friends are killed on a hiking trail in Delphi, IN
On a cold afternoon in February 2017, two young friends, 13-year-old Abigail Williams and 14-year-old Liberty German, were enjoying a day off from school with a hike along the Monon High Bridge Trail in their hometown of Delphi, Indiana. Their outing on February 13th took a tragic turn, and after they failed to appear at a pre-arranged pickup spot, their families reported them missing.
