Errick Oliver, age 49, was shot and killed on November 14, 2017, in East Oakland, California. The shooting occurred at approximately 6:53 p.m. in the 1300 block of 90th Avenue. Orlando Moore, a 43-year-old with six prior felony convictions, was initially charged with murder for the death of Errick Oliver. However, as part of a plea agreement, Moore pleaded no contest to voluntary manslaughter and admitted to possessing a firearm during the incident.
