Floyd Butler, a 70-year-old former running back for the Chicago Bears, was found dead on May 17, 2009, in his South Side Chicago home. Butler's body was discovered by relatives who arrived at the residence around 1 a.m. They found the back door kicked in, and Butler was found with a gunshot wound to the head. His body was located in a room near the front of his home on the 7300 block of South Merrill Avenue. Police launched an investigation into his death but, as of the initial reports, no arres ...
