Victorino Chavez, aged 43, was killed on August 5, 2009, in Chicago, Illinois. He was found shot twice inside his blue Kia Sportage, which had crashed into the El Milagro tortilla factory building in the Brighton Park neighborhood. The circumstances of his death pointed to a deliberate attack rather than an accidental crash.
