Hispanic male, age 21, Efrain Acevedo died on November 1, 2009, in Chicago after a late-night pursuit ended in gunfire on the Near West Side. Family told reporters that the 21 year old had been out celebrating Halloween with his wife and friends when a dispute broke out at a party; they left, but another car followed.
