Frank Hart, a 16-year-old, was fatally shot on December 11, 2010, in Chicago's Englewood neighborhood. He was shot multiple times around 7:30 p.m. in the 7100 block of South Paulina Street. Frank lived on the same block where the incident took place. He was pronounced dead later that night at Christ Hospital. The shooting occurred in an area heavily affected by violence, with Englewood being known for high rates of crime.
