Jamal L. Jones, a 19-year-old male from Chicago, was shot and killed on June 16, 2013. The incident took place in the Greater Grand Crossing neighborhood, an area known for frequent gun violence. Jamal was found with multiple gunshot wounds after a drive-by shooting. Despite efforts to rush him to a nearby hospital, he succumbed to his injuries.
