Blake Lamb, a 22-year-old resident of Chicago, was tragically killed on July 14, 2013, near the Chicago-Evanston border. The incident occurred in the 1600 block of West Jonquil Terrace, close to Calvary Catholic Cemetery, which is a boundary between the Rogers Park neighborhood of Chicago and South Evanston. Authorities reported that Lamb was shot multiple times, including once in the head, at around 3:45 p.m. He was found unresponsive on the sidewalk and was pronounced dead at the scene at 5:17 ...
