Joshua Rockett, aged 19, was killed on November 28, 2014, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred in the Washington Heights neighborhood. Joshua was approached by two individuals—one an adult and the other a juvenile—who engaged him in a conversation before the situation escalated.
