On a cool autumn evening in Albuquerque, New Mexico, a backyard party took a tragic turn, ending the life of 22-year-old Hispanic male Angel Santana Martinez on November 6, 2016. The gathering, held at a home near the University of New Mexico, descended into chaos when a dispute erupted during a game of beer pong.
