On June 7, 2023, in Wilson, North Carolina, 61-year-old Rosa Mae Smith Outlaw was tragically killed in a domestic incident. Authorities responded to a call around 1:55 a.m. reporting a domestic disturbance at 3909 Chickasaw Court. Upon arrival, deputies safely evacuated three children from the residence before entering.
