On April 13, 2023, Brenda Ochoa Guerrero, a 33-year-old woman from Alexandria, Virginia, was found dead in the passenger seat of her car in the parking lot of Mount Vernon Hospital. A community member discovered her unconscious body around 10:45 a.m. and alerted authorities.
