A man is shot while buying diapers
On September 26, 1989, 31-year-old Willie Hardimon was shot and killed in Boynton Beach, Florida. The incident took place around 9:30 p.m. while Hardimon was on his way to purchase diapers for a friend's child. According to reports, Hardimon was approached by individuals in a dark-colored Chevrolet while he was near his red 1975 Toyota pick-up truck. One of the individuals exited the vehicle and shot Hardimon, leaving him fatally wounded. Witnesses at the scene believed there were additional individuals present in the suspect vehicle at the time of the shooting.
