On October 19, 2006, Elizabeth Leyba, a 30-year-old woman, was found dead in Naples, Florida. Her body was discovered wrapped in a blanket in a canal located at the west end of Lancewood Way. The Collier County Sheriff's deputies were dispatched to the scene, and they identified Elizabeth through her fingerprints. She also went by the name Angela Maria Cardenas, and her Florida driver’s license listed a previous address in Miami, though she had moved to Naples several years before her death. ...
