Brandon Lloyd, a 22-year-old Miami-Dade College student, was tragically killed in a drive-by shooting on November 13, 2011, in Miami, Florida. Brandon, who was affectionately known as "Charlie," was hanging out with friends near a corner store in the Overtown neighborhood when he was struck by stray bullets.
