Austin Gann, a 22-year-old from Tucson and formerly of Pima, Arizona, was fatally shot on March 23, 2015, in Marana, Arizona. The incident occurred after Gann and his friend, Cody Clark, had spent the evening out drinking. Following their night out, Clark dry-fired his gun in a parking lot, then loaded it and fired a shot into the desert, which startled Gann.
