Jody Lipp, aged 47, was tragically shot and killed on November 21, 2017, outside his home on Hammond Boulevard in Jacksonville, Florida. The shooting took place while his family was inside the house, just a few feet away from the scene. The incident has left his family and the local community devastated, as Jody was well-known as a local tattoo artist who was loved by many.
