On October 27, 2017, Amanda Sanderson, 35, and Steven Lovely, 43, were found dead in their burning home in Townshend, Vermont. Initially, the cause of death was unclear due to the extensive fire damage. However, an investigation revealed that they had been shot before the fire was set.
